We support teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, grief and loss, and self-esteem concerns.
I work with adolescents and adults (and I also support couples) who want help with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, grief/loss, and self-esteem. I also specialize in addiction and work with a variety of concerns as you move forward in your healing journey.
I want to first say congratulations on your healing journey. Therapy is the first step, and my goal is to create a safe space for you to be able to work toward achieving your mental health goals. Healing and change can be difficult, and I’m here to help you along the way. I am here to help, not judge in any way. I look forward to building a healthy therapeutic relationship with you.
I take a holistic approach and use tools from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, along with mindfulness-based and solution-focused approaches. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more confident, supported, and healed, and better able to navigate life and relationships.
A Brand New Way To Heal is 100% virtual/telehealth, serving clients anywhere in Colorado. Online therapy can make support more accessible and consistent, especially when life is busy, transportation is a barrier, schedules are packed, or you simply feel more comfortable meeting from your own space.
In our work together, we’ll focus on the goals that matter most to you and use a holistic approach that blends practical tools with emotional support. My counseling approach includes CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, along with mindfulness-based and solution-focused strategies. That can look like building coping skills for anxiety and depression, strengthening communication in relationships, working through trauma and grief, and creating healthier patterns that support confidence and self-esteem.
I offer individual therapy and couples therapy, and I work with adolescents and adults. My focus areas include addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety, along with relationship concerns and life stress.
